Side view of an Avro busk wraparound in tea rose pink produced in 1939. Originally designed in the late 1920s, the busk wraparound became the natural successor to the heavier back lacing corset. The wraparound had a closed back and deep, elasticated side panels.
This model features a short, wedge-shaped busk, spiral steel boning and adjustable suspenders with "Concela" slides.
