L1029 - Manning Wardle & Co. 'F' class 0-4-0 saddletank, WINDSOR, No. 993 of 1887 - photographed at Leicester circa 1897. Henry Lovatt of Wolverhampton was the contractor responsible for building this part of the London Extension. Note the fire irons kept on the engine's tank.
