Description
L3440 - Temporary railway running through this cutting in Buckinghamshire belonged to contractors Walter Scott of Newcastle- upon - Tyne, who worked on the construction of the Brackley Central to Quainton Road section of the London Extension. A brick arch overbridge is in place, beyond which a tipping wagon can be seen. Note the collection of drainage pipes to the right of the cutting, a number of which have been put in place at along its' base.
