Title
L2808 - Permanent way on the Mountsorrel branch, Leicestershire
Description
L2808 - Thought to have been photographed at Kinchley Hill, about half a mile to the east of Swithland Reservoir, this a section of newly laid permanent way on the Mountsorrel branch. Leaving the Great Central's London Extension at Swithland sidings, this was a short single track line that was built and operated by the town's quarries.
