Title
L1139 - Sheffield Victoria Railway Station
Description
L1139 - Exterior view of the entrance to Victoria Station in Sheffield, Yorkshire. The photograph, believed to be taken from the side of Furnival Road, illustrates the dismal atmosphere of the station. A collection of 'Hackney' cabs, along with a solitary driver, can be seen lined up on both sides of the station square. A solitary man can be seen standing in the middle of the square, probably the station 'cabmaster'.
