Description
L1014 - Hunslet Engine Co. 0-6-0 saddletank, BARRY, (No. 363 of 1885). The locomotive is pictured with its three crew whilst working on Contract No. 4 (Rugby-Charwelton built by T. Oliver & Son) at Willoughby, Warwickshire, circa 1897. Note the engine has a fully enclosed cab, unusual for contractor's engines of this period. By 1916, this locomotive was in use by Victoria Foundry, Morriston.
