L1416 - Girder overbridge being constructed at Woodford, Northamptonshire, circa 1897. The bridge was built to enable the London Extension to pass under an existing line, the Stratford & Midland Junction Railway. This section of the Railway formed part of Contract No. 5 (Woodford to Brackley), built by Walter Scott & Co. of Newcastle upon Tyne.
