L1280 - Brick arch overbridge with straight wing walls spanning a shallow cutting at Mixbury, Oxfordshire, circa 1897. Beyond is a girder overbridge. This section of the Railway (Contract No. 6 - Brackley to Quainton Road) was built by Walter Scott & Co. of Newcastle upon Tyne. The permanent way has been laid and the ballast has been packed over the sleepers.
