Title
L2961 - Cutting and station site at Ashby Magna, Leicestershire
Description
L2961 - Taken from the Gilmorton road that crossed the short Dunton Bassett tunnel (bridge no. 414), this is the view north along a deep cutting towards the site of Ashby Magna Station. In fact, the double girder span of the station bridge can just be seen in the distance. Note the drainage lines that have been installed in the left bank of the cutting.
