L2764 - Looking down from a section of muddy temporary railway towards a number of wagons laden with rocks. They are waiting on the contractor's branch to Narborough that left the route of the London Extension at Whetstone, Leicestershire. Topham, Jones & Railton was the firm responsible for building this section of the line (Contract No.3, Aylestone to Rugby).
