Eros Shape Suit of 1970. A pull-on pantie corselet, with underwired bra cups and concealed hook-and-eye fastening.

A pull-on pantie corselet in pastel blues produced by Symington as part of their Eros range of foundationwear, introduced in 1970. This particular garment was known as a "Shape Suit" and was also available in pastel pinks.

The bra cups are underwired and have been lined with a soft polyester wadding called "Fibrefill". This replaced the foam rubber which had previously been used as a bra cup lining.

The pantie corselet is made from a satin-faced elastane and has a soft cotton lined gusset with a concealed hook-and-eye fastening. It has matching non-stretch shoulder straps, which are adjusted by a ring and slide fastening.
