L2479 - Built by Logan & Hemingway as part of Contract No.1 (Annesley to Leake), this skew girder underbridge carried the London Extension across the Hucknall Colliery branch line, a spur that left the Midland Railway to the east of the Last Main Line. The bridge's lattice work iron parapet is a typical feature of the London Extension.
