Front view of the Liberty Bodice for women, produced in 1975, had a modern shape. The straps curve around the bust, which has been made slightly fuller, and the bodice has attached suspenders.

Following the success of the Liberty Bodice for children, Symington began to produce a button front corselet version for women. Although the children's Liberty Bodice was discontinued in 1974, this style still found a market with older women until at least 1980.

This version of the woman's Liberty Bodice, produced in 1975, had a more modern shape. The straps curve around the bust, which has also been made slightly fuller. The bodice also has attached suspenders and less body strapping. It was also available in a 15 inch (38.1 cm) length.
