Description
William Eric Jordan was Loughboroughs first Carillonneur (19221975) and the first to hold the title Borough Carillonneur Emeritus. He was born in Loughborough in 1901 and married Edith Agnes Swift, from Hathern, in 1926. Eric, as he was usually called, died in 1994.
