L2352 - Built by J.T. Firbank of London Bridge as part of Contract No.7, this is the plate girder bridge that carried the Great Central's Last Main Line over the London & North Western Railway at Loudoun Road, South Hampstead. Perched on the embankment beyond is a steam powered crane, seen here complete with a typical example of an improvised cab made from wood and corrugated metal.
