This is a 2 seater red 6 hp Rover with an unladen weight of 8 cwt (896 pounds; 406 kg). It was first registered on 23 July 1907 to George Frederick Brewill, Bank House, Shepshed. [Thanks to Clive Chandler at the Record Office, Wigston, for tracing the registration]
The driver could well be Mr Brewill, the bank manager and registered owner. But who are the others? George Brewill was not married, and so the boy is not his son. And where is the house?
