The chapel on Harvey Lane in Leicester was made famous by two of its ministers: William Carey and Robert Hall. Carey's House, close to the chapel, became a museum. The chapel was destroyed by fire in 1921, then rebuilt as a memorial hall.
Harvey Lane and all its buildings was demolished in the late 1960s as part of the clearance to create St Nicholas' circle.
