Looking north down Rutland Street in Leicester city centre. Southampton Street is to the right. At the far end of the road is the Rutland Coffee House, which stood on the corner of Wharf Street St. It was built in 1883 and demolished in 1972. Many of the buildings in this photo have also since been demolished.
