Description
Carnegie Museum - Melton Carnegie Museum in the 1970s before there was a clock in its spirelet. The museum was originally built in 1904 as a Carnegie Free Library. Members of the council in Melton received money from famous industrialist, Andrew Carnegie, to build the free library for anyone to use.
