L2259 - Neasden North signal box and navvies
Description
L2259 - A group of navvies pose beside the completed signal box at Neasden North, London. Built by T. Oliver & Son between 1901-1905, the Neasden to Northolt Line connected the existing Great Central & Metropolitan route with the Great Western & Great Central Joint Railway, the latter being constructed at the same time as the Neasden line to provide the Great Central with an alternative route into London.
