Title
L1877 - Girder underbridge and Great Central wagons
Description
L1877 - Great Central coal and flat wagons pass over a girder occupation underbridge near Culworth, 14.4.1900. The London Extension was no different to any other railway in that its construction brought significant change and upheaval to the rural landscape it passed through. Structures such as this cattle creep were therefore built to accommodate the needs of farmers whose land was dissected by the Last Main Line.
