Title
Train Lifting Device
Description
A large crane used for trains. The plaque reads "Craven Bros. Crane Division Ltd - LOAD 200 TONS - Loughborough England". Craven Brothers were a British engineering firm that specialised in cranes and large machinery for railways. The crane work transferred to Loughborough in 1931, likely dating this photograph to around that time.
