L1607 - Culvert on the London Extension near Loughborough, Leicestershire. Together with the hundreds of bridges that were required to take the Last Main Line to London, the contractors also had to accommodate the many brooks, streams and drains that existed along the route. This section of the line (Contract No.2, Leake to Aylestone) was built by Henry Lovatt of Wolverhampton.
