Title
L3398 - Railway construction in Buckinghamshire
Description
L3398 - The precise location of this plate girder overbridge is unknown, but it probably stood somewhere along the Great Central and Great Western Joint Railway in Buckinghamshire. At the time Newton visited the site it was in the throes of construction. To the right a contractor's line is still in place, on which a locomotive can be seen in the distance. Two permanent lines are being laid on the other side of the cutting, both of which split into two tracks just beyond the bridge. A signal box is in place to the left of the cutting in the distance.
