Title
L3411 - Wembley Hill Railway Station
Description
L3411 - This photograph shows the station at Wembley Hill (now known as Wembley Complex) on the Neasden - Northolt line. It was sited to fulfil transport needs to and from the local area and Wembley Stadium, and many Great Central Line special trains started from and terminated here. Four tracks pass through the station with side platforms running parallel to the slower outer lines. Note the road bridge in the background, partially obscured by a long footbridge with girder deck and lattice parapets. A signal post stands in between the two structures.
