L1436 - Signal box and girder footbridge on the Great Western & Great Central Joint Line, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. The good quality sleepers in the foreground with chairs already attached are destined for the permanent way. Work on this later section of the Railway (High Wycombe to Princes Risborough) was carried out by Mackay & Davies of Cardiff between 1902-1905.
