L1452 - Construction of a three arch brick overbridge at Swithland, Leicestershire, circa 1897. Note that each of the arches still has its centring in place. The bridge was built by Henry Lovatt of Wolverhampton, the contractor responsible for building this section of the London Extension (Contract No. 2, Leake to Aylestone).
