Title
L3400 - Cutting and three arch overbridge in Buckinghamshire
Description
L3400 - This three arch brick overbridge is located in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. Contractor's tracks run through the cutting, which at this stage is split into two levels. Levelling work is still in progress on the cutting walls - beyond the bridge men standing on wooden planks temporarily embedded in the earth pause to pose for Newton's lens. Note also the white strip running down the cutting wall, visible through the middle arch of the bridge - this may constitute a gravel drain.
