Title
L1510 - Brick arch road bridge near Cosby, Leicestershire
Description
L1510 - Three arch brick overbridge over the London Extension near Cosby in Leicestershire. The skew bridge (No. 407) carried the Leicester to Lutterworth road over the main line and still does so today, albeit without the railway. It was built by Topham, Jones & Railton as part of Contract No. 3 sometime between 1894 and 1899. Today the cutting beyond the bridge has been completely filled in as part of a landfill site.
