Title
L3321 - Three-arch bridge near Sudbury Hill Station.
Description
L3321 - The large three-arch brick overbridge, situated a little to the west of Sudbury Hill Station which carried Wood End Road over the Great Central's Neasden to Northolt line. This photograph was taken facing west (with the station behind the camera), during the period when the navvies had almost completed their work and had laid the final permanent way. On the southern track (on the left) is a rake of two-plank drop side wagons, which interestingly have fabric protectors over the axleboxes and springs. To the right of the picture are two tall somersault signals which would eventually control access to the station approach.
